Christian Peterson, Director of Project Management

Christian's career began in the construction industry with The Clark Construction Group in the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regional offices where he attained positions in estimating, project superintending, and project engineering. Christian's career then led to him to Turner Construction where he held both project management and purchasing positions. Throughout his tenure in general contracting, he acquired the knowledge and experience in procuring, purchasing, coordinating, and executing construction work in commercial and multi residential projects. Christian entered project management, with Irvine Team in Houston, representing owners where he managed projects from conceptual design to construction completion in both the multi residential and medical industry. In 2007, Christian formed Developer Project Management, LLC.

Ruth Woody, Project Administration

Ruth has been working in accounting and administration for over 15 years.  Her experience includes working as a project accountant in real estate development and construction as well as a project coordinator in the information technology sector.  Her experience in overcoming obstacles faced by smaller projects has made Ruth an invaluable asset to the Developer Project Management Team.
