Budget & Accounting

From the creation of the project's budget to final construction costs, Developer Project Management, LLC tracks all project spending using our Indicated Outcome Report, complete with forecasted expenses. After all, reliable and accurate review of expenditures is key to a project's success.

• Assist in the creation of the project's budget and cash flow projections.
• Track project budget and costs within our Indicated Outcome Report (IOR) with forecasted costs to the project.
• Track all the project accounting within our IOR Cost Ledgers by acquiring invoices, reviewing them for accuracy, and submitting them for approval/payment.
• Review and ensure proper monthly payment applications are submitted by the Contractor.
• Assist in creation, maintenance, and execution of project allowances and alternates.
• Review and ensure all construction cost and time change orders are accurate and necessary.
