Developer Project Management, LLC believes that the most successful projects are ones that are procured with the right design and construction team with the best contract agreements, along with the most thought out schedule and budget. Our program, beginning during the design phase of the project, will enable you to better ensure that your project is being put together with your interests, expectations, and goals protected and realized.

• Due Diligence.
• Pre-qualify and bid via designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Partake in the design development process inputting our experience in construction, cost, and schedule issues.
• Pre-qualify, bid, and procure Owner furnished equipment and/or material such as: electrical, water, and gas services; permits; furniture; equipment; artwork; security; and so forth.
• Track and/or manage all Owner furnished and/or installed material and services against the project schedule.
