Quality Control

When it comes to quality control, Developer Project Management, LLC has you covered. We can track and report on the RFI process, material testing, faulty work, threshold inspections, designer site visits, third party inspections and more. Plus, we can ensure that architect/developer punchlists are being completed, as well as assist with the project closeout process.

• Assist with the coordination of the design between all differing design disciplines such as architecture, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing design.
• Assist the design team in coordinating the placement of all electrical and phone panel boxes, access doors, electrical/phone/data/cable outlets, and life safety fixtures are located to the intent of the usage of the space.
• Assist with the project closeout process which includes attaining As-Built Documents, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Standard and Extended Warranties, Contract Information, and Extra Stock of Materials.
