Risk Management

We understand that risk is best handled by assigning it to others that are better suited to mitigate it. You should mitigate your risk with the right contract agreements with your team. Your designers should mitigate risk in the Design, while your contractors and vendors should mitigate risk in the Field. Our experience allows us to review, recommend, and procure the right controls before, and during, the project so you can focus less on your risks.

    • Recommend the proper agreement forms and assist with the negotiation of sound agreement terms with the assistance of qualified legal teams.
    • Review and report risk management elements such as: proper insurance certificates, Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs; bonding capabilities; and ensure proper Safety Programs are being enforced and recorded.
    • Analyze and report the Contractor's purchasing of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Service Agreements - review qualifications and past performance of proposed entities.
    • Attain all General Contractor and Subcontractor, partial and final, releases of liens for monies paid for services to avoid liens to the Project.
    • Track the Contractor SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Plan).
    • Coordinate and conduct safe project tours for non insured entities.
